We have an open vacancy for a Network Engineer (L2).
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for network and network security troubleshooting and fault isolation on Customer’s infrastructure including but not limited to the following: Switching, Routing, Firewalling, SD-WAN
• Perform routine preventive and reactive tasks related to network health, creating, reviewing and updating documentation as needed, and providing clear communication to all stakeholders
• Manage incidents from troubleshooting to resolution while working and/or escalating to Internal teams or vendors as necessary to provide restoration
• Participate in the Operations Center continuous improvement activities
• Plan and implement Change Requests following the Operations Center policy for Customer Changes
• Participate in the on-call rotation with the Level-2 Operations Team
• Update the Customer Portal for all activities till resolution
• Prepare monthly Customer Operations reports
Professional Experience & Qualifications
• Engineering Degree or a related technical discipline
• 3 years of working experience as security engineer or security analyst, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information
• Engineering degree or a related technical discipline
• Relevant Certifications: CCNP, NSE-4 (preferred) , JNCIP, AZ-500 level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priority evolution.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and plans with well-reasoned decisions and minimal supervision • Communicate in a concise, professional, and effective manner with both internal and external teams
