The Department accepts transfer-requests during the period between 1 to 15 November each year, by students belonging to one of the following categories:
(without quantitative restriction ) members of families at least three children, children of victims of terrorism, orphaned by one or both parents, distinguished in the field of sport or seriously ill .
( a quantitative restriction , as a percentage of the number of admissions ) for significant financial reasons ( 5% of admissions) and children of parents who suffer from serious illness( 1% of admissions).
